I saw the Infowars.com/Alex jones thing about the 20's exploding in Andrew Jackson's right eye due to RFIDs... is this only on the new "colorized 20s"? or on the older 20s as well? What is the purpose of this besides a NWO application?


On another note, does anyone know the minimum amount of a dollar bill (size wise) that must be included in order to cash a dollar bill? Like is it around 50% of the dollar bill intact, or around 60%, or around 66.6%? I have heard several different, answers and if you can post a link I would appreciate it.
