Buildings on mars?

Hi, last night i found a site where somebody explains that mars is filled with advanced life and buildings and plants,... and that Nasa is tampering all the pictures it shows to us with dust and fake colors.

Also he is showing a lot of pictures where you can see buildings and plants..

It would explain a lot if its real.
