Dark UFO-OVNI Flashing Lights in CLEAR DAYLIGHT
Very strange, it could of course be a balloon, but what can explain all the light flashes?

Well im no expert, but it could be the light from sun reflecting onto a mylar balloon. That would be my guess

I thought it was a mylar balloon turning in the wind and reflecting sunlight. Looked more like sunlight reflection than flashing lights.
At least that what it looked like to me.

Take a look at "frame time 1:23"
what the hell is that thing that darts across the screen, is it a rod?

It appears to be some sort of mettalic object that is spinning rather quickly. It could be a mylar balloon although I would say that it is spinning
too fast to be a balloon. My 2 pennies

Take a look at the very end, before the cameraman loses it...
The object actually moves to the right quickly, before jetting off to the left. You can see the cameraman try to compensate for the quick movement to
the right, then he swings back to the left as the object darts off.
The apparent morphing is interesting too. I wouldn't pass it off as a balloon just yet.

The flashing seems to increase prior to flying off. No I don't think it was a balloon either.

Pssh! Clearly swamp gas!
Actually the thing does at first glance appear to take off to the left very quickly at the end. The guy says "where'd it go..." too.

Emmm i was thinking Balloon but you are right Kruel the departure seemd very sudden for a balloon but could have been a wind gust, the camara man
seemd to be suprised which felt authentic as his silence had my rader up ,,, OK folks check the last few seconds and see what we come up with.
I wont be to quick to dismiss this one.

Hello Camilo -- Interesting video-- At first IMHO it looks like a three pointed balloon gyrating and flashing the sunlight doing maybe some 15
or 20 knots pr hr and towards the end the guy filming had the camera slip of his hand and lost the visual on it because it seemed like it simply
disappeared. To bad we do not have more of the film of him searching the sky for it, after it supposedly took off, if it really was a UFO? What was
also intriguing at the end with the multiple flashes with different light levels.
Nonetheless still a good video for comparison
notes on these types of sightings

Here's a portion of the vid frame by frame captured and enhanced, this is from one of the more animate shape-shifting portions:
This is the exiting. It does appear to move to the left very fast, and there's almost like a "vapor trail" or something. The camera was shifting
just a bit, but you can tell by the clouds it was very slight, and the object still moved out of the original frame:

It's a balloon with fairies attached to it.
Actually, it looks like a milar(spelling?) balloon spinning in the wind, could have some other reflective peices attached to it though, some of the
glare from the reflectd light is a bit off.
