I'd join the Marines and go any place I am sent to kill any one that I am told to kill. Can you imagine a better place to learn to become a professional terrorist? Oh I forgot that 's what I did in 1968 and 69. Never mind.

Seriously, the way the government operates, any answer to the OP question, no matter the reason or target, is a setup for a government trap either now or a different government in the future.

Terrorism is too loosely defined. The government can interpret this into any way it wants.

I'd terrorize academics specializing in terrorism research.

Not because I especially hate terrorist researchers* (hell, I did courses on terrorism for my degree so I'd eventually have to off myself), just that the utter preciseness and level of furious debate it would spawn would be amusing.
