JRP help please

Hi

trying to do a junior research project and I'm writing a part explaining that after a government falls that there is mass chaos and confusion.

I'm trying to look for sources on soviet russia and iraq after saddam fell.

Anyone wanna help? I can't find any sources D:

I played Sid Meier's "Civilization" before and chaos and anarchy happen when you change the type of government.

I know it's just a game, but maybe you could Google "Civilization" and see where Sid Meier did his research or got his information.
