How do we get a new section made?

I'm interested in actually studying the paranormal, but in the "paranormal studies" board, all we have is people passing around anecdotal evidence like a bunch of teenagers playing at being witches or mystics or something. Could we make a new board for their whimsy, or a new one for actual study? It's impossible to filter out the "Do ghosts like hotdogs?" chaff to get to the "New study on the presence of psychic abilities in a 50-person test group" wheat.

So far I've not learned a single thing from the "paranormal studies" board, as there are no studies, just anecdotes and baseless assumptions.
