Is it possible to just "shoot" an energy into the ionosphere to influence whether in a certain region? Or is that the wrong layer of the Earth?

Oi, I wish when people start blaming the government for the wather people would look further back than the last ten or years.
I don't know for sure how long apart weather cycles generally are, but at the turn of the last century the Americas at the very least were getting hammered by pretty bad hurricances. Worse than Ivan and Katrina, probably.
SO here we are, a hundred years later and bad storms have hit again. I can't speak for the geological cycles of the areas involved, I know that Japan is a set of volcanic islands, and the area around it is fairly active, and I know the tectonic plate that India sits on is slowly colliding with the plate that Asia sits on. So the area should be fairly active.

Any amount of waves would cause the atmosphere to heat up..

Heat is relative..

There-by, where ever you want.. There can be a storm,.
Just need to direct it.. Which means Satellites..

Weather manipulation with Scalar Electromagnetic Weapons

How to induce an Earthquake with a Scalar Weapon

Take a convenient fault zone or a set of them and focus the interferometry on the fault zone, in the "diverging" mode, and deposit EM energy there in the rocks on both sides, increasing (slowly) the stress in the rocks by the reverse piezoelectric effect (deposit excess energy, get crystal mechanical movements).

Do it slowly, and the stress will build up to large pressures well-above a plate slip minimum energy required. At some point, the rocks yield and one or both sides "slip" and move rather sharply, giving a very large earthquake in that zone.

No disinfo. You have stated some form of truth. We have to look at the worse disasters in our history. 25k dead/missing in Texas from a massive hurricane over 100 years ago, etc. However, we live in a completely different world technologically. The manipulation of natural events is very possible with the use of energy. Energy in the form of sound, both high and low, is extremely powerful.

So, are the rainbow clouds just before the quake a natural occurance for earthquakes? Have there been any other documented eye witness accounts of this happening? I have not heard of it. Although I will not dispute it. After all, an earthquake is the release of a great amount of energy.

In other words, I'm still on the fence here. I don't want to get in the habit of believing that every little event that has happened over the past century or so has been at the hands of this illuminati dictatorship.
