man made earthquakes

do you think they can produce man made earthquakes?

the one in the uk in feb was strange.felt neary alover the uk wales,scotland,and even felt in holland.people said it felt like a pressuer wave going throw them and people heard 2 loud bangs before the quake hit.

supposedly, tessla had a palm sized device that could produce quakes of an alarming magnitude, however i have no evidence to prove this, just what i have heard.

well i was up, when that hit all i notist was the floor bumping up & down and a erie noise like humming, i didnt her no bangs as i had music on the headphones, but i did feel very un-easy or nervious all of a sudden before and the cats seemed to be running around alot,

I think that there is a possibility that an earthquake can be manufactured.

It has something to do with Tesla, I'm almost certain.
If you've seen the recent pictures in China before the earthquake, of an Aurora Borealis type effect in the air, and you know what Tesla was trying to show Admiral Perry in the North Sea on the morning of the Tunguska explosion, then you might believe in the possibility.
