Ever Wonder Why Terrorist Attacks Have Not Been Implemented On U.S. Soil Since 9/11???

no, they really got some other attemps. After 3/11 and the change in government poice in Spain surrounded three Islamic terrorists who chanted in Arabic and blew themselves up when they saw they were not going to get out of there, and there have been found explosives in other railroads in Spain after 3/11.

Well the heat on arabs in usa is higher now, so its not as easy to launch an attack. plus there are many attacks in iraqi, which is much easier for terrorists to perform, and this has a destablizing effect on american foerign policy which is the main anger point of arabs.

could also be that they are planning another larger attack to match or rival wtc attack. 911 wasnt planned in a day, regardless who did it, american government or terrorists. it took years of planning to build up to the point of execution.

what about the economy at the time of 911? if there was no attack, no massive distraction..would the market have crashed??? bubble was waiting to burst??

lets just pray there isnt another attack.

the world economy would be fried, and camps would pop up over night in america for arabs and "fundemetalists."

america would become a complete police state, under marshall law, and the irony would be that the very "democracy" america is trying to export to nations like iraqi would be suspended in america.

one day before the attack...on 9/10, all the local hospitals went to full divert...turn away all but life threatening injuries. hmmm....

I agree as well. Let's see some links to back up that claim.

I work in an ER, and it is NOT easy to get administration to agree to go on diversion, even when it's desperately needed... I can not begin to imagine several hospitals all agreeing to go on diversion and losing a full day's worth of business.

That being said - Several co-workers and I have discussed terrorism, and most have agreed that BIG events DO happen every so many years. We've also come to the conclusion that terrorists are missing a PRIME chance to make their planned attacks even more effective.

I know that when we get free food, we're in hog heaven, and we eat pretty much everything that isn't nailed down, so...

Get a bunch of food and taint it with a poison/bacteria of some kind (take your pick, LOL), and then deliver it to your local EMS/Police/Fire personnel (we're all one big family). With this entire group of people effectively disabled and/or killed, they could execute their plans with very few worries.

We tend to worry about this particular scenario from time to time, as we have a particular industrial plant 25 minutes away from us that uses a VERY potent neurotoxin.

If a terrorist decided to take out this plant, the "hot zone" would extend about 1 state over before becoming the "warm zone". Why we worry I have no idea, because if that plant was hit, we'd die anyway...
