McCain, Hillary, Obama, all are members of the CFR. They all have the same agenda and meet with each other secretly in the CFR meetings.

These fake attacks they conduct on each other are just for show, to make Americans think they are getting a real election.

I would rather have McCain there than Obama. Obama is way to young, dumb and anti-American.

He is a ba$tard child with a Mother that had what? 9 husbands? Do we really want someone in the Whitehouse that doesn't know who he is let alone what America is? His wife hates this country and has no idea what it is to be first lady.

Obama will fly the enemy flag over our nation and we will be third world by his second year. I hope Hillary does take him out... In the convention delegate count that is...

How is this a rant or tantrum? where did he really say that you" f-ed with the wrong pow?" This is a blantant lie to make a thread. I think that what he said was quite right. I am a young veteran, and these new G.I. Bill promises are WAY TOO MUCH.

What is becoming obvious is that the Obama crowd will say anything. McCain should be supporting this bill, but I doubt if Obama has any respect for the military, he probably considers them to all be a bunch of gun toting, bible thumping racists as well. Its just Grand standing.

perplexed, your post is obviously filled with bile and prejudice, and contrary to your idea, america will be third world regardless of WHO is president, i doubt anyone could stop that now. Our healthcare is already almost third world, our manufacturing is almost non existent, our education severely lags behind almost all other industrialized nations, our ecomomy is collapsing, and the rest of the world is turning their backs on dollars as even Israel demands all foreign aid we give them to be paid in euro's now.
as to Jasons comments that the new GI is too much..... I dont see minimal college pay as even an incentive to join the military anymore. Anyone who is a resident of Georgia now gets free education up to their first bachelors degree, so what good is the military offering the same thing when anyone wanting a free education can just move to Georgia?? Their education is payed for by proceeds from the lottery...if Georgia can do it, why cant ALL the states?
And to poet....well most of the military are highly indoctrinated anyhow its true. I resigned after 12 years after i was forced to sit in a class and watch a propaganda film showing a screen saying "our soldiers" and showing a bunch of strong young men holding a flag, then a screen saying "their soldiers" and showing a bunch of dead people hanging out of a vehicle. Its disgusting and crude that our instructors thought that was the kind of thing we needed to motivate us to do our jobs, and i found it an insult to my intelligence and to the intelligence of everyone in the room and was appalled that all the others in the room were not even intelligent or conscientious enough to realize how they were being manipulated. Oh, and all the while there was country music playing in the background...how disgusting. One of the markers of high intellect is the lack of patience for propaganda, and naturally few people who are averse to propaganda will find themselves spending much time in the military. My $.02

I agree with Pex, the USA is in a desperate situation and neither candidates can change that. Obama wants to take care of the american people first when McCain is worried about wars and corporates, that's the only difference they will make.

I've just visited the OPs link (which seems like a biased left-wing site) and it had a speculative quote at the end, not an actual one. Hence this is just some anti-McCain propaganda IMO and not worth a spit.

What makes us the people we are is showing emotion and reacting.

I prefer McCains impassioned style than the cold, clinical one of Obama anyday

So now every person who has served in the military is qualified to be president. When does the situation arise that our president needs to be on the front lines fighting???? never ....so why is it important if he served. People who are leaders in military don't have to deal with the every day struggles of the regular military personal.
Second.......... Obama was thew last to take political shots at anyone...McCin started it followed by hillary....Obama is just doing exactly what they are doing...THey are hipocrits if the disagree because it's all documented...
Not once in his speech or whatever it was did he actually state any facts as to why he would be the better candidate. he just said he would be better and stated why obama would not.....THats easy to do....I could do that... not hard..
NOt just being an obama rider but if you are going to make statements like that atleast bring something harder then that.. In My opinion him and hilary are taking every easy way out or every easy opportunity to slander him or whatever ( for lack of better term )....

That is total nonsense... if you are so ignorant of the realities of American politics you need to go back to school... whoever it is, Obama, Clinton or McCain... if they have gotten this far in the election cycle then they have done so with the implicit approval of the status quo... i.e. the ruling elite, and they are not about to allow anyone get this far that would endanger their interests.

If you want to further alienate the US from the rest of the "democratic" world, go ahead and elect the man as president...

Frankly, if he is elected president, the final nail in the coffin of the empire of the USA will be nailed...

Careful how you vote, folks...

This is a really good point. Bravo...

Personally, I don't care if Obama wants to sing Zipadee Doo Da and tap dance on the whitehouse steps everyday, on his way to peace talks with Iran, Iraq, Cuba, etc. It's PEACE talks. Peace that means no more soldiers dying for God only knows what reason.

I can't comprehend voting for someone who could very well instigate a war with another country. To me, this would rule that candidate out immediately.

What constantly baffles me though, is if his opposing candidate would rather heal relations without violence, why is that somehow being a pussy?

McCain's right! Who IS Barack Hussein Obama? The most liberal person to serve in the Illinois Legislature. Called his grandmother a "typical white person". Notice that was overlooked! High-five for McCain! I think he responded rather well myself. IMO, this country is doomed if Obama gets the White House!

oh...he called his mom a typical white person???!! dear god, how horrible! he must be tried at once! Definitely, lets shove him aside and put the man who gets excited over bombing women and children on the throne, after all, thats what our country is all about. Cant have some peacelover flinging epithets like "typical white person" about. hmmm....i think ive used the terms "gook", "nip", "bitch", and "little #" to my mom a few times (usually in fun) guess this means i'll never be president. Darn.

besides, as ive already stated, this country is on a serious downward path no matter who we get as pres. Though, i think with obama as pres all we'll be dealing with is the eminent collapse of our economy, the crash of the housing market, and the destruction of the dollar, as well as the greatest depression since the 30's (and maybe worse). With clinton or Mccain we'll be dealing with all of that PLUS the likelihood of nuclear war, Plus the likelihood of marshall law....and we'll be dragging a few other countries down with us. No matter what its going to be a rough "new american decade". Thank our corporate dictatorship for that, but dont blame their spokesman/woman (the president)

A few comments on some of the threads I have read.
First of all, people say Obama's "typical white woman" comments aren't bad,but just think if McCain,Clinton,or any other white person would have said "typical black person". Sharpton and Jackson would be marching to make sure they were out of the running.
Now,I was raised in an all Democrat family. My first election to vote in was the '04 presidential race.Although I don't agree with a lot of what the current Republican party represents,I registered Republican, and voted for GW.The only thing that made me want him in was his strong stance on military(about 10 good friends and classmates of mine joined the army and I wanted them to be lead by someone who wasn't scared to get his hands dirty).Of course he did a complete 180 once re-elected,but I still stand by my decision.
The sad part is,Obama,Clinton, and McCain are our choices.Yes,we have more, but most Americans have become puppets and slaves to CNN,FoxNews, and other media which means...VOTE FOR WHO WE TELL YOU TO.Whoever wins will open the borders up(more than they are now) and give our country away.
I'm 24,and too young to remeber the Old Republican party people talk about, but I can't understand why Republicans(and anyone wanting to save this country) won't get behind someone like Ron Paul.
All I keep hearing in this election is CHANGE and HOPE.The bad thing is there will be no change(except for the worse)and once one of these 3 Stooges takes office, there will be no more hope.
So I am officially looking forward to the election of 2012 when Americans will finally be awake and take our country back....I just hope it's not too late.

McCain's temper doesn't bother me. It's natural sometimes. Just look at some of the people who post here before you throw stones.

It's their views towards the issues that concerns me. So far, Obama's socialistic and borderline racist views disappoint me the most.

Obama's big plan is to send a large chunk of our nations GDP to Africa every year. Not only do I not want to be held responsible for Obama giant forced charity program, anyone who knows anything about these aid programs knows that a large chunk of aid money that goes to Africa winds up going to the brutal dictators who now control the continent, and they use the charity money to buy weapons and control the population.

How many of you people are eager to support Obama's funding of the Muslim take over of Africa through his family?
