how come on the commercials for: "the passion of the Christ", it does not say: "based on a true story"???

because of the many allusions to god and such (the chick iin the movie supposed to be temptation or the devil)
if it was a simply a documentary ona crucifixion they might say that, but seeing how they just had to throw in the bible shtuff, its now a religious
thing. and by them sayin "true" theyd have the connotation of saying "haha you muslims and buddhists, you're wrong! kiss it biatches!"
and they wouldnt want to do that, now would they?
