Jews burn new testament bible

Messianic Jews in Israel say they want an inquiry into the burning of hundreds of copies of the New Testament by Orthodox Jews in Or Yehuda
last week.
The books were given to the town's Ethiopian Jews by the Messianic Jews, who believe in Jesus as a saviour.
Or Yehuda's deputy mayor says he received complaints about the books, and arranged for them to be burnt. (visit the link for the full news
article)
I congradulate them! BTW the only people who even have a right to call themselves christians are messianic Jews because christ never wanted people to
leave Judaism. Messianic Jews aren't even real Jews because they believe christ is the "savior" (lol christ was just the putting togeather of past
legends and christianity rips off every other religion).

Besides christians tore down other religions holy sites and built there own damn churches on the sites! Not only in Europe but they destroyed Native
American religions as well. Christianity just leaves a trail of blood, murder, and theft in its wake. Before christianity the Roman religion didn't
bother persecuting the Jewish population and they lived just fine togeather. Then christianity formed and anti-Semitism skyrocketed!

" Jews burn new testament bible"
personally,
I don't care what they do. they're, like a lot of other things in this upside down world,
mainly a political football. [ we could figure things out if we actually had a free press...]
anyways
Contrary to popular opinion, which is mostly brought to us by a truthless and controlled media...I smell a setup.
If you'll recall;
The uss liberty attack has also been recently resurrected...
I say this is just another possible stepping stone [ a justification ] for somethin' ugly...
coming to your new HD screens... .. .. ..

The only crime is the books were stolen then distroyed.
If the books had been purchased, then the burning would be perfectly fine.
Har, You seem to forget, "YOUR" savior, is not everyone else's.
People with different religious beliefs than yours are allowed and ok, furthermore, they are allowed to be posted here, no matter what some people may
think.
Does it mean it is ok to burn any religious text-so long as purchased and not stolen- is just fine.
You want to shoot a koran, knock yourself out.
You want to burn a bible, rock and roll.
Any religious book is fair game, "so long as legally purchased and not stolen".

Since the beginning, it's been a war between who man was going to worship, the God of the Bible, or the frauds, so who is surprised to see this?
Guess what? It is still a war between good and evil, and as people get more removed from the Bible at it's real teachings, the more they buy into
socialism and communism and false gods and false beliefs of what is right and wrong.
So may people on this website are in darkness over The Word of God, that stupid arguments erupt over ignorance by both sides. By people who never
picked up a concordance who think they can understand The Word, to the ones who never even got a chance to learn but who have prematurely decided it
is all a scam. What a waste.

And do those in power there, believe in the God of the Bible/Torah, or something else altogether?
The governments have historically been involved with unscriptural organizations.
I know very little about the israeli gov't beliefs, but I will check as soon as I can.
All I can say is, if there are only "jews" represented there, then the rest of the tribes are not represented, unless one counts the USA support as
legitimate tribal support. But what kind of support is it, if their "God" is not of the Torah but of something else?

I hate religion because religion is so full of hate.
Religion causes war, so I declare a war on religion.
Religious people always kill, so kill all religious people.
Religious people are just brainwashed by an old book. I know this because I read it in an old book.
It’s true that institutionalized religion is often used as a way to control people, and as an excuse for war, but this is more of a reflection upon
power hungry leaders and easily deceived populations than it is any belief system.
And since proselytizing is illegal in Israel, this story shouldn’t surprise anyone too much. Seems that the Zionists like our tourist dollars and
our political subservience much more than they do our dominant religion.

It is sad that any book is burned. But the New Testament, the Old Testament, the Koran, the Tao, none of these books, nor any others, should be
burned. There is wisdom to be gained from all things, and much to be learned from the philosophers of old. Some think of Jesus as The Saviour, the
Son of God, (as I do), some think of him as a great teacher, or philosopher.
There is much to be learned from his teachings, even if you believe he was just a man.
That is my only qualm with the Jews who chose to burn the New Testament. They choose not to learn. I have the same qualm wilth the soldier who shot
the Koran, or guards who have disrespected the prisoners' copies. They have afraid to learn.
Just because you read a book does not mean you must believe everything that is in it. Just because you read a religious book doesn't mean you are
going to convert to that religion. But you are going to learn something about it. And hopefully, by learning you will understand.
Whose wrong here?
Everyone.

It is there, where they burn books, that eventually they burn people too. Heinrich Heine.
Saying that though, most people do not realize just how sensitive an issue this is.(they see one thing, but look no further) Not only is it historically
sensitive,but its also downright explosive.
Spiritual leaders of the nation's poor, culture-shocked and embattled Ethiopian community opened another front of divisiveness Wednesday, calling
to excommunicate members of their community who engage in Christian missionary activity.
The Jewish Ethiopian community plans to compose a blacklist of known missionaries who will be ostracized....
In a letter to Rehovot's Mayor Shuki Forer, Zagai warned of violent Jewish Ethiopian reactions to the missionaries if their activities are not
stopped.
"People here are threatening to resort to extreme measures, such as blowing up the missionary headquarters with gas tanks," said Zagai.

It doesn't make a difference if it was a bible or not. The burning of any book is a reprehensible act. Especially if it is done by any part of
the goverment, it's no different than natzi germany.
I know, I never said I was condoning it, I merely commented it's funny nobody picks this story up.
You can almost guarantee if this were a Muslim "book-burning" incident there would be an uproar.
Destroying other people's religious scriptures I find to be extremely disrespectful and savage, doesn't matter if it's a Quran, a Torah or a
Bible.
It's ridiculous the way people hide behind freedom of speech and expression and use it as a vehicle to vilify other cultures or religions.
It's like a licence to discriminate these days.
Yet everyone here says: "Let him do them do as they wish, it's just a book!"
Well I don't know about you but burning somebody else's Holy Book effectively highlights your bigoted, prejudiced views..
I mean I though we had advanced past 1939 here...
Obviously some people still prefer openly hostile and hateful people to be protected by law and such.
if it was an American burning a koran you can guarantee that deerborn michigan would explode with anger

Considering that christianity erradicated paganism, heathenized the pagans and jews, and are responsible for more death in the last 500 years than all
other groups combined, maybe its their turn....
