You are right, if there was a false allegation, that person should be prosecuted. I think that there was a big production of accusing this group of
rampant child rape. Even accusing them of having a marriage "rape" bed. What this was really about was them having a different view on life. If they
were holding members hostage, keeping them from leaving, then that is one thing. But to say that this is somehow equivalent to child abuse should have
EVERY parent who goes to ANY church alarmed. This was just a test case my friends. Just a test case...
Not to mention the UMPTEEN articles devoted to just the way the women dressed. Like they were being denied current fashions. (maybe there really is a
fashion police)

There are according to this ruling five pregnant girls who might be between the ages of 15 and 17. One way to determine their ages would be with
X-rays of the bones. Obviously that will not be possible until the babies are born. I think the girls should be declared independent adults and taken
out of CPS custody. I don't believe anyone should be forced to adopt out a baby they want to keep. CPS will try to steal those babies if they are
born in the states custody. There are lots of people lining up in the state to adopt those five babies. The FDLS people may be weird ,but they clearly
are not drunks or meth addicts. If it turns out the girls were under age and impregnated by older men then only the men who did the crime should
suffer the consequences.

Wasn't this obvious once they found out the original call was a hoax?

I haven't followed the previous threads on this topic but I believe they DID arrest a woman for making the hoax call a few weeks ago. I haven't
heard anything about it since though..
www.nypost.com...
April 20, 2008 -- The frantic phone calls from a young female caller that sparked a massive raid on a Texas polygamist compound are being investigated
as a possible hoax, authorities said yesterday.
Rozita Estraletta Swinton, 33, was arrested at her Colorado Springs, Colo., apartment Wednesday on charges she called cops there in February,
pretending to be a young girl held captive in a basement.
Swinton has a history of making false reports to police, and is a "person of interest" in the search for a woman whose anguished-sounding pleas to a
women's shelter led police to raid the compound of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Eldorado, Texas.
Investigators also seized items from Swinton's home that link her to calls related to the polygamist sect's activities in Colorado City, Ariz., and
Eldorado, said authorities.
In her calls about the polygamy sect, the woman seemed terrified of black people.
"In her little baby voice, she said, 'If you rescue me, and I get out of here, do you think the black people will hurt me?' " Linda Walker of the
Child Protection Project, founded by a former sect member, told the Houston Chronicle.

I have read, starred, flagged other threads, and started many of my own threads about the fact that our government seems to be testing us. If they can
take our kids for breaking the law, then all they have to do is write laws that set us against the state. Or worse, say that we are breaking them when
we aren't! So all it takes is an accusation? WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I WAS ABUSED AND CPS ONLY TOOK NOTES! WITH 5 WITNESSES!
It was because I didn't have a 100 million dollar plus fund to take away.
They are preparing us people. They are going to so what ever it takes to break us.
(ps I just met a couple who were arrested for opening a legal Med Cannabis dispensary. Because they found 4 grams of cooked product in a home fridge,
in the garage, on a shelf neither child could reach, the children were taken from them. Now, they believe that in the 4 months the children were
abducted, they were both sexually abused.)

One theory I read on another websight suggested the older women were taken into custody because CPS people wanted to interrogate them without legal
representation. I also agree with you CPS also wanted to give some wealthy and well connected infertile couples early Christmas presents. One of the
most embarrasing moments in court came when a CPS social worker was forced admitt she only thought the 14 year old was pregnant because she refused
to submitt to a pelvic exam. It turns the 14 year old was a virgin.

Well these people have been doing this for generations, and there is no doubt they were a bit crazy all along. One can only imagine how crazy they are
going to be after this, especially the kids.
Since it appears they have money (they seemed to have built that compound pretty quick) why don't they move to Mexico?

You guys notice that also about the dresses. Every article it seems they make some dumbas$$ comment about the dresses. Even the girl who left there
they interviewed her first words were "Yeah I remember having to wear the dresses" like its some horrible thing to wear a dress that doesnt show all
your body parts. Also a dress that is made by them and not by some kid in China. You talk about an American people these people bought their land
mined and cut all there own wood and stone and built all their houses by hand. They make their own clothes and grow their own food. WTF is the
matter with that? What is so weird about that? So what if the husbands have more than one wife who are they to judge? Most government officials
have 1 wife but then 3 mistresses on the side whats the difference?

Where are those that attack our over sexed culture to defend these people?
Flag this thread then take my points!!! This is important!! THey are testing their gestapo tactics right now, and let's stop them while we can!! Call
your congressman if you live in texas. Your local reps! And for God's sake, recall this judge!!!!

The comments about the dresses and the hair make me cringe. Amazing that so many people can be brainwashed into thinking something is unattractive
because someone with a microphone tells them it is unattractive. It is clear to most of those who have follwed this story a land grab is being
attempted. If you have something the elites want but you are not willing to part with it, they can and they will bring trumped up charges against you.
They will also laugh at your clothes when show up at court even if they are the best clothes you own.

I had top follow the links before I could really get to the meat of this. I think it funny that we have all been discussing this for days, and now we
see that maybe, just maybe, parents still have rights!
Rights!!!! what rights? They have had their kids and kept them for well over a month now. Going on two months!!!! Thats a long time. Enough
time for the government to do ALL THEIR DAMAGE TO THEM!!! including taking their DNA against their will. Possibly putting chips in them! Who
knows all the damage they have done to them!!!!
What ever happen to innocent until proven guilty? Where is our rights at?!

I was implying at least some rights. But no, there were no rights here. These people were mind-raped. There is no repairing the damage. All on trumped

Right I wonder how much government brainwashing went on while they held the kids. That is something you dont hear people talk about. You know the
type that says your way of life is bad this is how you should live. Im sure a lot of that was done. This village will not be the same.

I doubt if there was any real gov "brain washing" going on. Those kids may have always "feared the evil outsiders who may take them away one
day" and then it happened.
I would expect they will be traumatized because their worst fears came true. The physical exams were probably horrid on the older kids, and god only
knows what they experienced in their foster homes.

Oh Im sure there was some brainwashing going. I mean you dont think the government wasnt telling these kids that the way they live is bad and weird
and that you should live like "everyone else" That is what I mean by brainwashing them. I would be very surprised if none of that was going on.

Well I am sure they TRIED to brainwash them, but i doubt it would be very successful.
Its not like these kids spent a fun summer with a trusted relative and got spoiled by video games and fast food. They were traumatized. I would
suspect they hated every minute of it and instead of rejecting their old life they will cling to it gratefuly the moment they get a chance (though
some may have emotional problems that will mess them up for a long time).

I think that both of you are right. As opposed to this being a cult that focused on molesting young girls, which would have meant these girls were
used to being physically touched, it seems that they were in hysterics, as no one had been allowed to touch them at all. And coming from the man I
previously mentioned, oh hell yes there would have been a lot of attempts to brainwash and confuse these children.
