Obama will be our next president

This is just a prediction of mine.

I don't really pay attention to politics or keep up with the statistics or anything. This is just a feeling that I have.

Don't ask me to back it up with polls and all that jargon. This is just a gut feeling of mine, and I'm pretty certain it's gonna come true.

Mark my words: Come November '08, Obama will the be new President of The United States.

Anybody else have this feeling?

Please don't turn this into a thread about whether you like him, or who you like or whatever. This thread is to see who people think is gonna win.

And don't even mention Billary, she's already done for.

Yes, you are absolutely correct. Hillary doesn't stand a chance, and BOTH democrats would kick the crap out of McCain as well, since Bush has done such an excellent job tarnishing the Republican name.

Seems only fair.

One of my good mfriends comes from a rather wealthy Mormon family... and he said something curious about 4 years ago. I had barely heard of this Obama guy, but I remembered his name because it sounded like Osama (is this on purpose?).

He told me 4 years ago that Obama would become president. How did he know that 4 years ago? I'm from Illinois, so I guess most of us knew about Obama before the rest of the world... but I totally could've cared less at the time.

Kinda strange how he seemingly came out of nowhere.

For some reason it reminds me of the prophecy of the anti-Christ, though I doubt he is.

if they take this on at the bookies
give me a shout so i can put £10 on obama

i was reading in one state (where clinton) won that if obama
won the nomination they would change their votes to McCain
mainly due to the fact that they dont like blacks

so what influance would this have on others?

Though it may be true for a small number of Hillbilly's ( and I don't mean Hillary and Bill), that's just the media doing what they do best.

I saw something similar earlier this week where the Chicago Time went out and selectively found the three biggest Good Old Boy Hillbillies up in the Appalachian region of the country and printed their sentiments about Obama.

£10 if you can guess how they felt about poor little Obama.

ehhhhh..i don't know. he's doing damn good right now but imo the u.s. just ain't ready for a black man to step into office. and never will be

My money is on NO new president.

I've had that feeling for a long time now. This is not far fetched anymore.

That's my feeling too... I don't think Obama will be it, and if he is I don't think he will last a full term

I agree.
I am very intuitive and I also feel Obama will be president.
Also, if McCain were to win, it would have to be rigged.
