I'm totally up for the challenge.Though my lucid dreaming isn't as much under control as I'd like it to be.It occurs every 2-3 weeks or so.I don't
have dreams very often which is one of my main problems.I must first dream before I can lucid dream.I have also been using some tools to assist in
this.
Brainwave Generator-Has a template for Lucid Dreaming.
Melatonin- A chemical produced by the brain to encourage dreaming and sleep.I have troubles falling asleep and I wake up a lot at night.Though there
are supplements that you can buy.I know I have some ^~^!
Also I'm pleased to discover the concept of the Lucid Crossroads, another user mentioned this earlier.I love that idea ^~^.The process of dreaming
together is wonderful I think ^~^.
