Two trapped people rescued after 164 hours beneath quake rubble

A man trapped in a mine following a powerful earthquake that jolted southwest China's Sichuan Province a week ago was saved alive on Monday.

Rescuers said they heard a feeble voice calling for help from a manganese mine while searching the rubble in Honhguang Town of Qingchuan County on Monday morning, said Wang Taiping, director ofa rescue detachment.

I thought that this was an amazing story, and yet I am saddened that we hear no such stories from Myanmar. What a difference these two disasters are turning out to be...
Thank God the crews are still searching for survivors...
