Actually so far they are developing it to spot cancer early enough, not treat. At least this was said in the video. Once regular MRI can spot a cancer it already has a lot of cells and probably sent metastases. But if it is caught early enough it can be treated much more effectively. So it is a great thing. But i worry how it will be eliminated from the body. Immune system does not do that, are they counting on kidneys? Or this is all just in vitro?

Yes. Nanotechnology is the cure for cancer.
Nanoworms aka nanites aka nanoprobes (Star Trek Voyager 7 of 9)
can clean out the plaque in your arteries.
They can be programed to swim over to a tumor and cut off its
blood supply. If you do that, the tumor will get smaller and go away.
In a few years a doctor will go on TV and say
"From this day forward people will continue to get cancer but they
will not suffer or die from it."
The aliens have been using this technology for a long time.
There is no hotshot MIT student inventing this cure.
The MIT students are just reverse engineering nanoprobes
placed right in front of them.
The first nanoprobes from MIT will probably get rid of
congested heart failure. Nanoprobes 2.0 will go after the cancer tumors.
After we get rid of those 2 problems, I would like to get rid of
diabetes. It's probably a stem cell fix,
Grow a new pancreas ..... cut out the old one ....install the new one.
Now you have plenty of insulin.
