I'll stick with the under oath testimony of a former officer who had
military security clearance that civilians are not privy to.

He was waving papers in the air but I did not read them.
However, I know sincerity when I see it.
And these soldiers were sincere.

Lying to Congress under oath especially when going up against
the Military Industrial Complex that Eisenhower warned us against
would be beyond foolish.
