I saw something like that from my window last week!
Now I'm not one to make such claims- normally because that was my first "UFO" sighting.
However the way it moved was very much like a children's helium balloon. It was heavily reflecting sunlight and so looked rather odd on first glance,
but its movement pattern was exactly the same as a balloon.
