I've seen that exposed as ion flow and other explanations.
I'd have to check what a Tesla group had to say but I'd say
its close to what Tesla did if high voltage and high frequency
is involved.
Gravity gets less and less far away from the gravitating body
thus anti gravity has been deemed useless in outed space travel.
Propulsion in outer space where there is nothing makes having
something like all pervasive aether that remained in bulbs evacuated
of air in Tesla's lab and still reacted to the push of high electrical
potentials of high frequency an important consideration.
I'd say that the proponents of the Tesla UFO think the propulsion
is more than pushing aether as in his wireless transmission of
electricity and in an accumulation of electrons around the craft.
AC of high potential and high frequency is one way, not like
AC at 60 cps and lower cps, and thus can draw in electrons.
I's say that some of the observational effects can be a dark UFO
due to air giving off violet light from being hit by electrons and
also the electrostatic light ball from an influx of electrons.
We know UFOs can go around in the air whether Tesla UFOs
or not. If the Tesla way works then there is a chance his
saucer design is the UFO we see. We do not know if this
design works is extremely rarefied or pure aether although
Tesla made bulbs glow that had little air inside.
I see a problem with the bulb as Tesla put a coil in oil to
show agitation at the surface. Tesla said the agitation at the oil
surface is from the compressible air being agitated and not the incompressible oil. The aether may take millions of volts and
millions of cps to react for propulsion. There is thought that the
aether might be torn apart just to get more negative charge.
However we can only speculate of outer space performance.
Outer Space still has gigantic vastness, little gravity, Kelvin
zero temperatures and high speed Cosmic particles shot from
stars producing high radiation levels as obstacles to over come.
). And I also want to add another option which is ongoing, for cases that you consider important and deserve special attention.
