Honestly, I am seriously confused by this whole thing...are you confused by what you saw? Do you question it? Are you looking for validation of what you saw/think you saw?

Several years ago, I was the passenger in a car driving over one of the bridges in DC at night and over/around the Washington Monument's obelisk figure was a hazy greenish unnatural light with two very bright green rectangle lights over the tip of it. The whole visable had a hazy greenish/brown tone to it.

I was in awe of the whole experiance at the time...Then we drove on and everything was done and that was sort of it for me..the driver saw nothing unusual but I know what I saw and I am comfortable with it regardless of what anyone else thinks.

Knowing that it was not of this earth or that we are alone in this life, was never something I questioned. I never understood the idea that with the vastness of the universe that only this planet could sustain life, but 1,000,000,000s of different types was absurd at best. Thank God, the Catholic Church finally agrees with me..

I guess what I am confused about is if you are comfortable with what you saw/experianced? You seem to be searching for some validation that it is ok what you saw? I mean if you saw it, then you saw it; you experianced it then it is completely valid experiance.

Cheers for that. I mentioned it being a shadow, mainly to like i say, eliminate the obvious.

However i can easily see by your descriptions that this was a lot more. Sorry about that, but i guess the next person who thinks it could have been a shadow, won't have to ask now.

That said, shadows in the paranormal world are a whole different subject itself, and have been seen in many different forms.

In one of my previous experiences which i described on the paranormal section of ATS once, i explained how i saw the shadow of a guy run across a road in front of me. It was a solid shadow as far as i could tell, but no body accompanied it.

So even shadows can come in different shapes and forms. On this occasion, i think we'll deduce that it was'nt a shadow and i'll shut up.

It just seems like the music has a big part in Robs sighting.... majority of it occurred while the track was playing!

Music no lyrics would certainly be better

Anyone who seriously thinks that aliens swooped down to Robbie Williams' house when they heard him playing a song about aliens...well I don't want to offend anybody. Let me just say that I find it highly unlikely. Not that I'm saying chrisonabike is lying, because I doubt that he would be, I find it infinitely more likely that there is another explantion. Maybe you were so into the song and had aliens on the brain that your mind was playing tricks on you.

Hey Matyas, I logged on to send you an indepth reply but my IQ has dropped hahaha watching tv, Only fools while waiting for Gordon Ramseys USA exploits where he rips restaurants apart hahaha, then family guy just to lower my IQ just a bit more, but basically yeah the whole existential awareness is ripping holes in our supposed reality now,
I remember everyone going mad in a good way over the matrix and how it relates, but ahhhhh haha, still there seems to be many signs on tv these days, and in papers, little nods to happenings, kinda curious.

After reading your vortex theory dont know if that applies to chrisonabikes one but does mine, his sounds electrical vortex but as in my last post under geordies name (no spelling mistakes unlike his haha) the frequency is relevant and i want to name a group I know of but kind of thinking hmmm maybe not at the moment although they are highly relevent to it and could probably tell him what it was, if springer wants to message me I can give him the info to pass on to you chrisonabike.

I'm still intrigued by this black light thing. I'm really having trouble picturing what you mean. Is it like how a metallic black car would glow in the night? I'm wondering if you've used any unusual instruments of extreme sound settings in the song Arizona. If it is to do with frequency response it might be work looking at an analysis of the different sounds in the sound and seeing if there's anything unusual or a little 'extreme' in terms of frequency that could be the cause.

Just an idea,

Anyway in terms of which wagon we should all be on - It's gotta be wagon wheels - and I'm sure they HAVE got smaller.

As with quite a few of my fellow ATSers here I too am most interested in this "Black Light"

from what you and your friends have kindly explained I understand it to have only appeared in the room for a split second and not to have crept through the room ala the Abyss water creature.
What i was wondering did the Black Light leave an after image like in a camera flash? or did it just suddenly pop in and then out without any after effect (except a bunch of gob smacked buddies left behind)?

No one is saying that aliens swooped down to Robbie's house, what is being said is that chrisonabike and friends were playing music when they saw a ball of light and Re looking for an explantion into it like many others on here who see things.

It didn't leave a trail and as soon as it came it was gone..Ive said before that it was there for 1/2 seconds but having thought about it.It may have been a split second

Hey CX, that sounds like a dimensional entity, or a spirit whatever you want to believe haha, although some people think they are demons, either way ive seen similar, was sat in a bedroom with black silhouettes of a person running around the walls. And ive noticed people bugging about when people see things like this are they on anything, well, I dont drink/smoke or do drugs, do none and never have as ive seen what all three do to you.

I think it's great you've decided to publicly post here on ATS... I can only hope that other high profile people who currently post anonymously would do the same, as it can only bring more credibility to whats going on in our skies.

I believe that your sightings were genuine, I have experienced strange phenomena myself... I know how it changes a persons way of thinking and any previous doubts are replaced by questions.

I hope you get some answers here.

Were there any TV's or monitors around that you could have caught out of the corner of your eye in the time immediately preceding the black object?

I ask because Cthuhlu has got me thinking about what happens when I look at the sun or a computer screen and look away.
