It blows my mind that this type of policy can be utilized and then covered up when it is abused. More and more freedoms of ours are being lost, granted this is supposed to be used for suspected drug dealers, so the officers can get to the drugs before they are destroyed. However, are not suspected drug dealers still innocent until proven guilty! Police should not have the option to pose as a house invasion and then blame the home owner for trying to protect thier property from unannounced invaders.

Dang sorry, I searched for "shot 39 times" and got no results, i was more shocked about this specific abuse and didnt think to search for "no knock"
