If Bush is implying that the Democrats are appeasing the Nazis, I must agree. For 7 1/2 years, the Democrats have been appeasing the Nazis in the Washington White House, and I am sick and tired of it.

Actually, I find it sublimely ironic that the Decider would even use the word "ingenious". It makes it difficult to pay attention to the rest of his dumb-a$$ remarks.

Nevil Chamberlin is famous for the quote "we have peace in our time."

We level of guilt does Obama feel when he equated a quote from a nut job 1939 Senator to his campaign?

Why are the Liberal Democrats so crazy over this quote?

I feel the sensitivity shows a massive amount of fear you have over your overt weakness when it comes to dealing with terrorists.

There is no refrence to OBAMA, Democrats or todays politics in Bushs speech. So why are you guys freaking?

Me thinks thou dost protest to much.

I think Bush is 100% correct. Obama is going to try to appease the dinnerjacket crew just like how jimmy carter gave north korea a nuclear reactor with a "promise" not to build nuclear weapons. I'm glad some people on this thread who think otherwise dont ever get the chance to run this country. That would be scary.

This coming from the most fascist, near-dictator war monger the states has ever seen. This coming from the guy who has literally genocided Iraq himself. This coming from the guy who has shredded the constitution and pissed all over his fellow countrymen's civil liberties at every turn.

So then.... if the democrats sympathize with YOU, Mr. War-monger, then they are STILL like Nazi-appeasists!

Stop pushing for more wars! We all know what you and your war-profiteering cronies are up to!

President Bush may want to take up his head-in-the-sand views with his own Defense Secretary. Just yesterday, Robert Gates said the U.S. needs to “sit down and talk with” Iran:

“We need to figure out a way to develop some leverage…and then sit down and talk with them,” Gates said. “If there is going to be a discussion, then they need something, too. We can’t go to a discussion and be completely the demander, with them not feeling that they need anything from us.”

We are done. You have given up on America.

America has not kept a single piece of land it has battled on.

America has to put up a fence to keep people OUT.

America is the largest contributer to AIDS prevention.

America is the largest donor to the World Food Bank.

America is the location for the U.N because we are the most stable.

American troops are defending Korea, Afghanistan, Europe, Asia, Africa, supplying food to Myanmar, rush to help the Tai Tsunami victims.

America created the Polio vaccine, the artificial heart, the blood bank.

America was first to the moon.

America gave voice to the voiceless, hope to the hopeless, the poor the tired the huddled masses yearning to breath free.

Yet the vast majority of the people on this site see conspiracies, war-mongering, blood thirsty, jack-booted thugs tasering people in the gut.

Democrats see Bush as a dictator. Socialists want to punish successful Americans by making them "pay their fair share." Greedy American corporations happily encourage illegal immigration and help create a permanent underclass of people to leech off. And bleeding hearts say we owe it to the illegals to not register them at the border.

Good Bye.

I don't have a horse in this race, as I'm not a member of either Party' but the title is not true.

"In Speech Before Israeli Parliament, Bush Compares Democrats To 'Nazi Appeasers'"

That is a lie being propagated by Democrats to try and influence the upcoming elections; pure and simple. He was speaking to an audience of Jewish People who are terrified and listening to a non-stop barrage of statements from Iran about their destruction. I doubt he even had a tiny moments thought about the "Democrats" while saying what he actually said.

I can't stomach Bush, or Clinton and Obama for that matter, but before we can heal, the lying, name-calling and spin have to stop. When people or the media have to resort to distortion of facts to make a point, they don't have much to say worth even hearing.

Spin, the oh so popular pastime these days is lying and no amount of justifying will ever change that. The fact they are all doing it proves they are nothing but snake oil salesman (persons for the sensitive crowd).

It's easy to see why nobody worth having even wants to run for office. I would have said the same had it been a lie about an Obama Speech told by the Republicans; which they do all the time as well. Someday people will grow beyond the morning Soap Opera mentality and government will leave the realm of yet another episode of Dallas. If we do not, self destruction is assured. Words have meaning, but liars are meaningless.

Spin is not opinion, its just another lie. The sad part is, how few notice or care today.

Wow! I'm amazed that people cannot see the sell-out of their own country! Bush is a complete moron, and while I do hope to see elections that take him out of office, I'm not counting on it. If you've never looked into what fascism really is and what fascist governments do, you might not be able to see the connections between our government and the fascist governments of the past. Our government is not of the Nazi variety of fascism, but it is becoming more and more fascist daily.

As for those civil liberties that I've lost, well, if I want to go protest the President and his policies, I will have to do so at least 2 blocks away from him. This is AMERICA!!! Every president in our history has been protested, until now. I also cannot petition my government for a redress of grievances and actually expect the merits of my case to be heard (look up Ed and Elaine Brown). I have no 4th amendment rights when the government can invade my home with a no-knock warrant AND I can be sued for defending myself. Oh, and when the government puts me on a terrorist watch list for being a member of the ACLU, that is a violation of my right to assemble. And when my gun purchases and ammo purchases go into a database for the government to keep an eye on me, that goes against my second amendment rights and my right to privacy.

I could go on, but I'm hoping that you get the picture because if you're not outraged, you are not paying attention.

I wonder who writes pres numbnuts' speeches? We all know he is not smart enough to come up with anything remotely intelligent to say on his own. A cheerleader is all Bush will ever be, Americans like cheerleaders, obviously.

I wonder if Bush off camera tranforms into a Brit literary and speech magnate, and his awful on air speech and comments aren't just some psyop. 'Fool me twice, and, and, and um, u, you never fool us again.!' He was a sucky cheerleader to......

And Obama's going to take his 2 inch resume and some will actually vote for the guy. That shows how spoiled and watered down the new generation is. People dont appreciate the blood that was sacrificed so that they have the right to the many freedoms we get to enjoy in the US. The liberals in this country dont think people in the ME deserve that right obviously. To me that means they are twisted, elitist and think of themselves only while people like bush are out there defending them from the evil people they get to pretend aren't there. Amazing..

People can bury their heads in the sand and pretend islamic terrorism isn't there but soon or later it will have to be faced. I truely believe that.

I believe we can face it. With our brave troops ringing our borders, ports, and terminals. We have nuclear capability to take out any continent in minutes. You think the Mexicans are securing the south?! Rofl, I'm diein' here. They can't even control the cartels.

Uh-oh..Me found a timely little expose that came out today...Jeez-Even I was unaware of what an enormous history of crookedness and lawbreaking this criminal family has partaken in over the last half century. And people KEEP voting for these traitors?!?

This is a MUST READ...

All the President's Nazis (Real and Imagined)

WASHINGTON -- President Bush's grandfather was a director of a bank seized by the federal government because of its ties to a German industrialist who helped bankroll Adolf Hitler's rise to power, government documents show.

Prescott Bush was one of seven directors of Union Banking Corp. (search), a New York investment bank owned by a bank controlled by the Thyssen family, according to recently declassified National Archives documents reviewed by The Associated Press.

Fritz Thyssen was an early financial supporter of Hitler, whose Nazi party Thyssen believed was preferable to communism.

Both Harrimans and Bush were partners in the New York investment firm of Brown Brothers, Harriman and Co., which handled the financial transactions of the bank as well as other financial dealings with several other companies linked to Bank voor Handel that were confiscated by the U.S. government during World War II.

Union Banking was seized by the government in October 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act.

Oh, and there's so much more!

I say if you dont know what side your on get out of america.

Ahh yes more ultimatums from the Republicans. "Your either with us or against us."

Last time I checked America was, or at least claimed to be a democracy where freedom of belief and speech was guaranteed (partly).
So people with differing political views from the Republicans shouldn't live in America?

This isn't 1939, Germany btw... the US isn't that far gone just yet, tone down the hawkishness.

I personally cant wait to bomb the F**** out of irans nuclear sites and machine gun down all hamas and hezbollah democracy haters.

Yes that's why Hamas and Hezbollah are attack Israel because they just loathe the fact they live under a democracy.

Israel's occupation of their ancestral homeland and virtual apartheid-state tactics obviously has little to do with their official motto:

"We seek to gain freedom for the Arab People under Zionist occupation, our war will not cease until Israel leaves our land for eternity."

You keep thinking Islamic Fundamentalists want to attack the West because "They hate your freedoms." Sing yourself to sleep with it, but it won't make it true.

People dont appreciate the blood that was sacrificed so that they have the right to the many freedoms we get to enjoy in the US.

People appreciate it, people don't want their hard-earned sacrifices to have been IN VAIN, as Bush & Co. now inch by inch erodes civil liberties to protect the American people from a threat which almost non-existent.

The liberals in this country dont think people in the ME deserve that right obviously.

Deserve what? What exactly have you given the Iraqis or Afghanis?
More bloodshed and tyranny, the likes of which they suffered under Saddam and the Taliban.

If you think the Iraqis are eating up democracy with a spoon over there you really need to follow the news more.
You haven't liberated or freed anyone.

Say what you want about Saddam, at least people in Iraq under him had water, electricity and something to eat; rather than wondering which part of their house will collapse today.

To me that means they are twisted, elitist and think of themselves only

Sounds like the perfect definition of an Administration who invades another nation to plunder it's resources under false pretenses.

You still don't get it.
I'll say it again.

We love America. It's not "America" we hate.

You, and George Bush, and Rush Limbaugh, and Dick Cheney, and Ann Coulter, and Sean Hannity, and Donald Rumsfeld, and all the other loudmouths and chickenhawk bullies and BS artists who've been pulling this "any criticism of us and our stupid decisions is anti-American" scam for the last seven years...

It's not America we hate...
We just hate you.

I don't have to read anything other than the first page of this thread to realize that, when the revolution starts, at least we know where to find all the real nazi-terrorist sympathizers.....

All I can say is

GO BUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a shame he hasn't spoken like this for the last 5 years.

Maybe you losers would have lost more sleep.

It's time to dust off the b-52's and start carpet bombing these sand eating scum.
