An Experiment in Alternative Methods of Earthquake Prediction

I have a sickening feeling in my stomach, stabbing pains in the center, I keep checking the quake maps and they are showing an abnormally low amount of quakes ( abnormal for what I am used to seeing anyway for a long time now) and I feel like it is like a backdraft, sucking in all the heat and ready to explode when it lets all that energy go. I hope not, but strange tones, pulsing tones that I have never had, stabbing in my belly, vertigo, and leg swelling tell me something strange is up. We'll see.

The calm before the storm. I'm still not seeing high activity of ufo sightings inany special area except the UK and they usually hanker around areas that are active in one way or another.

I do believe they help contro; as best they can many things and they do record everything.

Eyes are open as usual and I hope the feeling passes for you SC

Fox news is saying Redoubt is about to blow and when I checked Redoubt it said people preparing in Alaska it is "IMMINENT."

I have been watching Redoubt web cam for hours now and the way the camera is and the Sun it is hard to tell if it is reflections or what not but there appears to be a Sun Dog hmmmm the camera just changed and I don't know what the heck is up, get back to you later I need to observe a little more

I wanted to show you all the sky pics I took the same day the quake hit in south carolina, which I no longer see on the usgs maps, but if I am not mistaken it was just about a week ago. Anyway, I took the pics because of cloud formations and coloring that looked a lot like those videos of the sky before the large China quake. It didn't capture the coloring, just the formations.

Hi everyone,

I see the ripples in the clouds but I didn't see the Sun Dog colors like in the China pictures.

I have looked for earthquakes levels for Redoubt like the ones Kat posted for Nevada. Size, frequency, location do any of you have this data to look at.

We have been having chem spraying days here the last couple days you knows those pesky things that many members here say aren't chemtrails.

Cough, cough and to think I have to go out today to sign my home refinance papers oops! isn't Obama saying we can't get refinced these days, 2 points lower not bad.

I am looking at the web cam at Redoubt and it doesn't change much and it appears to be getting dark. I can't tell but on the 15:33:47 picture it appears something is happening can anyone tell?

I am not sure, it seems to be stuck at the same time, how often should it update?

I do not think I have ever seen the map so quiet, since I began watching it. To me, it is a little scary..... is pressure building to be a big release?

For a live web cam it doesn't change all that much. I wish they had a cam like at the Old Faithful Geyser at Yellowstone it changes like every 20 or 30 seconds.

I would like to know how many earthquakes they are having, how often and what mag. they are.

As with everything time will tell.

Hey, there was a 7.0 in Indonesia this morning. May be the reason why those dolphins have been beaching themselves in the Phillipines.

Then another 5.9 right after that in the exact location.

But, I am posting, because my ears have instantly started feeling pressure in both of them, and a wave of nausea has come over me, in just a few secs time. The nausea is staying with me right now too.

Holy crap holy crap....

21 EQ's in Indonesia... all over 4.9 (mostly over 5.5)

insane! no wonder those dolphins were trying to get outta the water!

so... any guesses at an antipodal eq? south America? mid Atlantic ridge?

I have to say, this was the first EQ that I have had precursor symptoms for in a long while.

They weren't dolphins after all, they were whales... melon headed whales.

they were thought to be dolphins due to their size, but it has been corrected since!

I am having even more pressure in my ears now... they keep popping... plus still queasy this morning. But lots and lots of ear pressure!

im not suprized you still have pressure, those EQ's are still rocking and rolling this morning with no real signs of stopping.. infact, I have seen 2 already this morning..

my question is..

a new volcano?
or is the island lifting up or sinking down?

also, I have a feeling that giant mystery waves will start showing up again.

Headaches are starting with pressure, feels like a clamp on my head, not just a "one" side thing. Still others symptoms listed above.

Hi Observe, I was trying to capture the 'sundog' effect, it was there as we drove home, you can barely note it in the pics though, I don't think that from my front yard I had the correct vatnage point to see them anymore, as we traveled home I was facing east, but once on my road I am facing south, to look east from there I can only see a mountian top.

Pressure in both ears coming on very very strong this morning, constant popping, but huge amount of built up pressure that won't release.

I have indications for a fairly significant quake, offshore Pacific North-West, likely region off Oregon and up towards Washington (ie not likely Cal -- sth Cal), on or near the Juan de Fuca plate's subduction zone (ie eastern side of the plate). Magnitude 5-plus, time window I feel is fairly narrow, like three days -- could possibly run out to five days -- but I expect a result is most likely by Monday Feb 16.

I've been observing and not sensing anything today really. Haven't heard from Kat lately hope all is well.

Very interesting ear tone, just now at 8:42am EST.

This is one that lasted at least 30 secs... in my left ear.... low hum... my head is facing West and my left ear South. Have no clue the significance of it.... but wanted to post it. It was the loudest ear tone I have had in a very long time. In the meantime, my right ear is starting ache.

No offence intended, but are you people hearing tones sure you're not having some form of Tinnitus?
