Whatever people think of Iran, they have a point here.
De-stabalization has long been used as a tool of conquest, most notably during the roman empire period and the period of British imperialism.
Divide and conquer is the key, but it seems that the Iranians are wise to that one - and so they should be, having practiced it themselves during
their history.
