US drops 9/11 'hijacker' charges

english.aljazeera.net

The Pentagon has dropped charges against a man alleged to have been the "20th hijacker" in the September 11 attacks, his US military defence lawyer has said.

Mohammed al-Qahtani, who is being held at a US military jail at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, was one of six men facing murder and war crimes charges for their alleged roles in the 2001 attacks.

Bryan Broyles, al-Qahtani's military lawyer, said on Monday that Susan Crawford, the convening authority for military commissions, dismissed the charge

Perhaps the charges had no evidence that would hold up in court?

Makes you wonder about the other 19 hijackers.

The FBI itself has admitted that Osama Bin Laden is not on their list for the 9/11 attacks, because there isn't enough evidence to implicate him.

Any other news agencies pick up on this yet? You think this guy is 'programmed' to suicide bomb someone/something/somewhere? I wonder if they 'water boarded' him enough, if he didn't confess to any crimes, they must have not 'aggressively questioned' him (ya think?)

They could make a High School Student from Texas admit to being a terrorist... if they torture him enough.

Torture doesn't give facts, the victim will say whatever it takes to stop being tortured.

I think, as proof of concept, they should Torture a White House aide... don't tell the guys at Guantanamo who the person is, just claim "Terrorist" and let them go to work.

If the White House Aide confesses to being a terrorist... then it's clear torture doesn't work.

But you have to run the experiment for at least as long as Al-Qahtani has been imprisoned... and you have to expose them to the same torture, at the same levels he has been.

I guarantee you that Aide will confess to terrorism.
I GUARANTEE IT.

Osama said that the attack on America would use our own
devices.
This in defense of acknowledged fact then he had no attacking army
or planes.
It was a stupid batman and riddler situation in the mass media.
If any one can recall what was going on before 911.

So Osama by his own admission knew about it and is guilty.

However it is overlooked because it was another bit of manufactured
mayhem by the Illuminati.

And Alex Jones didn't even pick up on that juicy bit.
Shame on him, where are his researchers.
