Disclosure, 2012, the Olympics

After reading a lot of these threads, I though to myself if there is to be disclosure by 2012, when would it be? Assuming that the magic year of 2012 is indeed the year we get disclosure (in addition to all of the Mayan Calendar stuff..) wouldn't it make sense that it would be during a time when the whole world would find out at once? IF ET did in fact make him(or her) self known...the olympics in 2012 would be a prime opportunity. You've got a global audience. Who knows maybe they'd even light the torch for us! How nice!

Sure maybe that would happen in Star Trek... considering that all of our neighbors (Klingons, Romulans, Vulcan) happen to have evolved nearly precisely in the same way we did, and at identical rates of technological advancement.

That was a good laugh. Anyways, sorry to rain on the parade but I highly doubt any saucers or gov't disclosure at the 2012 Olympics. It would just be too distracting for the athletes.
