IF the President had to make a disclosure speech, What should he say

Erm... a fairly obvious point on why disclosure is not an option at this moment in time just occured to me;

We have all these different accounts of alien abductions - how exactly could anyone explain that away?

Thanks for your reply. I think you have a good point in that even if we dont know their intentions the power that be are going to feed us whatever they feel like.
