Man why does race always have to be played on this cat? You think I care or most sane Americans what color this guy is? Hell I wish Alan Keyes would have a chance at being president and he's black. I just found out this interesting family history on Barack Obama -

His grandfather, who once was a Christian, became a Muslim and ended up with 14 wives. One of his sons, the father of Sen. Obama, had two wives at the same time. Obama's mother was # 2.

So - the father was a convert from Christianity to Islam and he also was polygynous. Obama claims his grandmother is a Christian, but she is one of 14 wives (which Christianity doesn't allow) and she has said in her own interviews that she prays her daily Salat prayers at 5 a.m.

Obama is a duel citizen - American AND Kenyan. (Actually, he may also be an Indonesian citizen. His school papers claimed that he was an Indonesian citizen when he attended school.) I wonder how many half brothers and sisters and cousins he has in his 'other' home country? Or is it really his true homeland ... that's what his church says anyways ... that Africa is his TRUE homeland.

Thank you, man, It's like every time you try to criticize this guy and his left, left, left, of center beliefs, your a RACIST. The guy is is going to destroy the country domestically like Bush has done internationally. It's going to be pretty bad when they prop that corpse McCain up to debate and he will not be allowed to say anything bad about this guy because it's racist. What times we live in.

Hell, if your a communist, liberal that hates guns, is pro abortion, even bigger government and loves a welfare state....then say it! Stand for what you believe, but don't pull that race crap just because the sheep will cower at such accusations. Judge a man by his character, not the slick talk he pulls. We went through that in the 90's.

How are you supposed to criticize someone's policies that wants to lead the superpower status we are fading from fast, if you can't touch him because of race? If this empty shirt gets his gym shorts in a wad if he so freaking sensitive about something as silly as skin color. Man this country has got to grow the freak up when it comes to this, or we are doomed to hate and balkanization. I hate Obama's policies because he is a socialist Marxist. Not his skin color. Give me a black man that thinks like Ron Paul, and I'd be down front for that cat.

thats the thing i dont see much criticism of his policies in this thread. Its mostly that he comes from a muslim family, deosnt wear a flag pin, knows people from diffirent backgrounds and political points of view etc

the thing i find most scary is the "patriot" issue some folks have. In most other western countries poeple would laugh at you for criticising a head of state for for not wearing a flag pin. Or not having your hand over heart during an anthem.

I think it comes from the way your brought up saying the pledge at school when your kids. The people who mention a flag pin have been indoctrinated into an extreme form of nationalism no diffirent to how communist countries make their people hale the great leader everyday.

"patriotism" is heavily used by this bush administration and right wing media to stifle criticism. If your against the war in iraq they tell you to shutup and support the troops and that your being unpatriotic. Bill oreilly frequently trots out the "patriot" line to deflect criticism.

You need to be able to seperate patriotism for your country & patriotism for the government. They are not the same thing.

Bill Ayers , pentagon bomber of the WEather Underground, wasn't from 'when he was younger'. This guy helped Obama get his senate campaign off the ground and even held a fundraiser at his house for Obama. They served on The Woods Foundation together and are friends.

I don't think he can do it ( BHO that is) but he sure brings out some funny stuff ..check this out www.youtube.com...
