Thousands of pounds in cash has been chopped up and dumped in two waste bins in a city centre.

Police in Lincoln are baffled after finding the £10 and £20 notes which had been snipped into small pieces.

It would seem someone has finally realised the true value of money. I guess they became 'mad as hell' about something and wanted to make a point.

Let's hope the person is not caught as it's a criminal offense to destroy money.
But maybe the reality of the fraud that money is was a more determining factor of the persons actions

hi mate, long time no speak.

it was probably stolen or traceable. but still, you'd think they could spend it at your average store bit here, bit there anyway since its just common size notes and none check serial numbers.
