Your transparent, foolish scare tactics don't scare me. Obama's tax burden should be much less once he ends this stupid war. Let the Iraqi's sink or swim on their own. No more deaths of the American finest and bravest for a population that won't shoulder the burden of their own welfare.

Plus I don't mind paying my fair share of taxes if they are going to help this country's infrastructure. But using tax dollars to give oil companies subsidies chaps my ass. And I'm not to fond of foreign aid either or paying for no bid contracts and $300. for a goddamn claw hammer.
McCain will just continue the corruption, endemic in the Military/Industrial complex.

My business tax burden was MUCH less under Clinton and in those years my business grew and thrived.

As The Who said, "Won't get fooled again"

Throw out all the Republican's because they are part of the problem, not the solution.

In my neck of the woods, Republicans are even afraid to put their party affiliation on their campaign posters. What's that tell you?

BTW, I am a Republican and if I was running for office, I would expect to get a sound "thumpin" once again as the President said in the last election.
And justifiably so..........

Oh no?

But Obama's record on abortion is extreme. He opposed the ban on partial-birth abortion -- a practice a fellow Democrat, the late Daniel Patrick Moynihan, once called "too close to infanticide." Obama strongly criticized the Supreme Court decision upholding the partial-birth ban. In the Illinois state Senate, he opposed a bill similar to the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act, which prevents the killing of infants mistakenly left alive by abortion. And now Obama has oddly claimed that he would not want his daughters to be "punished with a baby" because of a crisis pregnancy -- hardly a welcoming attitude toward new life.

It doesn't matter if you vote for McCain or not, he's going to be our next president and there's not a damn thing we can do about it.

It seems to me there is a difference between openly supporting late-term abortions, and openly advocating in favor of the "woman's choice."

Sometimes our animosity fills in the gaps of reason though, without due diligence.

Not so unbelievable. You made erroneous references to Murder, Rape, and Whatever else when comparing "making up their own mind." The whole thread, or atleast my input has been designed around not voting on one story-line, and just because someone says their pro-life, doesn't mean they will have morals. Which is why I said Katrina victims were compared to voiceless murders, by an administration that is pro-life.

Hence the tunnel-vision comment.

Obama says he "trusts" women to make a call on partial birth abortions. Technically, it's a deceptive term. Since the victim in question is being born or has been born at time of death, pregnancy is already complete so the word 'abort'ion ceases to apply. It elevates to murder, which he entrusts to citizens should they feel it necessary.

I cannot begin to imagine the size of that worm can if he legalizes a form of actual murder.

The strange world of Barack Obama. I suppose it all makes sense to him.. I am still scratching though.

I truthfully don't see the issue taking a step forward or a step back. There needed to be a middle ground on the sensitive issue, and now both sides will learn to live with it. imo, as always.

Flunked economics 101 in college .. didn't ya?

Obama is going to MASSIVELY raise taxes. He has 287 billion a year in new spending proposals. It is impossible not to raise taxes. 'Ending' the war won't pay for it all and even Obama knows he can't really end this war in a heartbeat - if ever. The war in Iraq is based upon the war on terror, which is a war against radical Islam and it will never end.

ALL people .. ALL .. will have their taxes raised in a massive way.
This will have a major negative effect on the economy and create
dependence upon entitlements and giveaway programs. Marxist/socialism in a nutshell.

You said you aren't scared. Well ... you should be.
You should be VERY afraid if he gets in.
Very afraid for your business and very afraid for yourself.

BOOOOO!

Who? I can't folllow? The USA or Iraq is 'third world' according to you? Neither is, ya' know.

Now this quote just goes to show me what I've come to know.

Nowhere did I say anything about either country being a 3rd world, but you decided to go ahead and try to make a point for no reason.

Bored, or just trying start an argument?
