So what starts off as a girl playing her music too loud ends up with her being left to die whilst tied up.

Not sure what to make of it tbh:
a) should she have struggled so much???
b) she was obviously drunk so did it warrant her being tied up like that - couldnt she have been put in a padded cell or something?
c) it was pretty bad to hear one of the cops say \"nothing wrong with her\" when she was already looking pretty ill
