TORONTO (Reuters) - One person died and several others were taken to hospital after a mystery illness hit passengers on a Canadian long-distance train, local media said on Friday.

This is crazy!!!! Anyone in Canada heard anythign about this yet? If so, please give some updates.
I wonder what they are going to do with the train. That is, how will they handle this virus??

Will be interesting to see what they say the illness is.

Yes, we are very concerned. Even though they have already 'denied' any possibility of this being SARS (Sars was in Toronto as well as China several years ago) and they have denied it being the anticipated human to human Avian Flu ... they still describe it as having those same initial symtoms.

Further, they are still trying to rule out environmental factors and tainted food ... the affected victims were only on two of the railcars.
