Senator Barack Obama has been affiliated with Reverend Jeremiah Wright for 20 years, but can't recall any of Wright's sermons that are not only racist but anti-American as well!?!?!?

If Obama is chosen, his associations will hurt the Democrat party!

Exactly. And if he becomes the nominee, which it appears he will, I will be either staying home or voting for McCain. I will never drink the Kool-aid and vote for Obama.

I don't see how Reverend Writes sermons will affect the election. He was just seeking media attention. Also his comments where taken out of context. He didn't say anything that radical. I was all media hype IMHO.

It does seem like the Democratic Party has turned on Hillary in favor of Barack. If, I was her and spent that much money and time on the primaries. I know I would consider running as an independent.

It would also make sense that GOP, would be supportive of her behind the scenes because she would be giving the Presidency over to them.

Then there is the war profiteers, if GOP stays in the white house, the war continues, and the money continues to roll in. They would also support her run as an independent.

Last but not least so called NWO/Illuminati GOP and Bush seem to be meeting their secret agenda "Whatever it maybe". So they would also be behind her.

Peace,

I don't know if she'd run as an independent. I kinda' doubt it.
I also doubt she'd agree to be VP to Obama. I can't see her
taking orders from him - he's so far beneath her in every aspect.

It's the 20 years that obama sat in the pews listening to that garbage that will effect the election.
It's the fact that he tried to downplay it all with the lame 'oh, I didn't hear anything' ... and 'i wasn't aware of anything' ... when in fact it was well known what kind of garbage Uncle Wright was spewing and obviously obama agreed with it otherwise he would have gotten up and left - like Oprah did.

Wright ALREADY HAS affected the election. Obama's numbers are falling.. falling .. falling .. among white people. Some have woken up to the fact that Mr. Unity is a racist. So is wifeypoo.

Hillary can't win the nomination this year, but she will do everything she can to make sure Obama doesn't win the general election. Her plan is now to get ready for 2012, and Obama is in her way. Of course, there's not a lot she'll have to do. Obama is his own worst enemy.

Once the presidential campaign starts for real, Obama will be exposed for the inexperienced, empty suit, big government socialist that he is. In this age of free-market internet media, he can't hide from his past. And the leftist mainstream media no longer controls the flow of information, so they can't cover for him like they used to.

Most American voters are responsible adults and don't want, or need, the federal government acting like their mommy and daddy. So Obama's message of the federal government catering to your every want and need will fall flat with most mid-America voters. Like McGovern in 1972 or Mondale in 1984, Obama will lose in a blowout.

Unfortunately, the downside is that we'll have a president McCain. As a person, McCain is straight up guy that sacrificed a lot for this country. But his long record as a congressman is mostly that of a big government, liberal Republican.

Think about this: Wouldn't Clinton be much more powerful as Speaker of the House than as V.P.? She could easily attain that seat, seems to me.

How could this threat benefit her? What card does this represent if she plays it?

It makes me sick to think she might run. Could this be a rumor started by the neo cons? McCain would win, for sure, if she and Obama ran against one another.

Wouldn't it be great if everyone were "independent" Maybe we could have 10 candidates to choose from. Not just the lesser of the evils. Oh, just maybe we could call it the "American" party.

Hilary running as an independent would be McCain's wet dream... (sorry for that imagery).

Her running would only serve to split the Democrat vote. I doubt even an egomaniac on her level would be so compulsively stupid as to take such an action!

Besides, she may not have to... the superdelegates may ensure that she is crowned the democratic candidate (god forbid).

And thats the (subjective) reason why she continues to
'swim upstream' as far as the Democrat nomination vote goes...

She (& both Clintons) envision the leverage her slice of the nomination vote will carry --- and the changes/issues her nominating committee can 'force' upon the (likely) Democrat nominee Obama, which he will be forced to adopt !
~or likely lose to McCain in the general election~~

Hill...is positioning herself, no doubt about it..........
for something other than the Democrat standard bearer (Pres. candidate)

I think the democratic party is on a left swing and Hillary is on the right wing of the party. It would be great if we can start a three party system with Hillary and Bill at the helm of a new party that is right in the center of both the democratic and republican party. The only question is? where will the money come from for an independent bid for the white house??? She is already in debt!

Do you realize how old Senator Clinton is? She wont be running for anything in 8 years.

It's now or never.

If she's not going to run as an independent, then she should really drop out.

She may, however, have a better chance at winning than most give her credit. Many moderate conservatives may vote her way.

Your Obama does not deserve a jackpot from Hillary. DNC bullied her & shame on DNC treat her unfairly . I think a democrat party not a good place for Clinton. Hillary does not have responsible for any, she got 50% voters and Obama is too. It was not about Huckabee got 20% and dropped out . I learned Ted Kennedy not endrose Bill Clinton either.
Without her , and after DNC treated her badly. This woman is fenomenal, better than Barrack Obama.
She put every thing and every body said she should drop out. Obama is ugly, not good for America. His campaign said who racist will vote for McCain. What kind's person Obama? He also has a great uncle from his racist grandma, Ha ha

Obama tried hard, to make Rev. Wright not affect to his campaign. But not everything he can buy with money. Nobody knows. Something happen also in Lake County Indiana, it was strange.
Poeple may change this Obama right to them. Primary is alot different than election. But do not forget, HRC carry 50% of DNC. This poeple love her so much. Remember just love her or hate her. I doubed they will vote for Obama if he is a nominee.
I will donate money to McCain if Hillary did not run an independent. I will revenge.
I care what DN party did to her. I never forgot. To be Obama's VP, just another humilition for HRC. She is never to be a president in Democratic Crap party.

I wonder if she could legally run as and independant. What are the law or rules surrounding this situation. She won the popular vote and she does not have any hidden skeletons in the closet. Her closets have been gone through over and over again.

I Think She will make a run at the convention . Back door deals may take place where the roll call for president may put her in position on possibly the third role call.
