Apology from energy_wave. Should he be allowed to post again?

Just to buck the trend, I say hell no. He messed up and it'll stay that way. If he wants to read ATS he can use an anoymizer or something. Be this a lesson to all!

I say let him back. At least he was man enough to admit he was wrong and I respect that. Most people dont take responsibility for their own actions these days.

Give him one more chance. If he does this again then ban him for good.

Let him back but i think he should be punished somehow.

He deliberately misled this forum for weeks, lying etc.

I completey missed the broohaha, so I don't really know how serious it was, but I personally think e_w ought to get to come back.

Also, I think energy_wave should be allowed back in. His apology seemed genuine and (at the risk of sounding like a schoolteacher) I think he has learned his lesson.

What did he do that he got banned?

I seem to recall something about him being the author of the largest thread in ATS history.

That deserves something. (like another chance.)

But, someone who is the author of the biggest thread on ATS deserves a second chance.

He is truely sorry, or at least says so and apologized politely, what else do you want from him?

But, he has to pay for his mistakes, he should be allowed to come in, but under another name and start out like a new member.
