bad habits

anyone know the best way to break them?

i have one in particular that really needs to go (don't ask me what it is either)

any help would be appreciated..

What it seems like to me, is that these "bad habbits" stem from a controll factor that you once used as a crutch. Now that part of yourlife has gotten to the point that you want away from that thing you used to depend on.

The first step is to distance yourself from others that may also enable this bad habbit of yours. Smoking for instance is a very difficult habbit to break because of the availibility of the product. You can litteraly get it anywhere.

Other things in your life are a little easier to stay away from. If you can avoid those people or places where you endulge in your bad habbit then you are litteraly half way to breaking the cycle of dependency. Finding others that want away from the same or simmilar bad habbit can also help. But you have to want to be helped. And asking for help is a good sign that you really do want to stop doing whatever it is.
