Here's a snippet from the paper...
HIS family built the tallest building in Melbourne, but Mark Grollo is looking beyond the clouds.

Mr Grollo has set up an aerospace company that is working with RMIT scientists on developing technologies to enable a space plane to enter the Earth's orbit and then return safely to the ground.

The technologies could be used to develop a wingless aircraft that would be lifted into orbit by airflow shock waves underneath the vehicle.

It will be interesting to see what the Grollo family plans to do with Woomera. They have the cash, connections and probably other influential associates with the muscle to get their will done. Hopefully us serfs will benefit from their dollar investment in some way.

Edit: Bruno Grollo states: "Such a vehicle could be used for ... military applications."

Why doesn't it surprise me that he would make that statement? Screw war toys.
