I always found it odd that on a site whose motto was "Deny ignorance" someone could go around ignoring people for the most ridiculous and petty of reasons like losing a debate/argument.

I don't even know what that means. You will be seeing "Why all the anger on ATS" threads more often to begin with...the whole right-left duality will really come to a head. Skeptics V Debunkers will get someone like oooooooooooh I dunno .... *internos* type poster losing it and being banned for a brain snap.... you will see religious fanatics getting more fanatical...

This is 100% pure marketing. That's all it is. MONEY.

When I go to the drop down menu to access MyATS it takes me to MyAboveTopSecret showing forums (not my personal ATS with the threads I have posted on) and some of the sentences on that page are overlapped. I like the new layout and expect some glitches - just thought I would let you know.

About 1/5th of what used to be on that page... how is this better?

The colors changing every page is making me nauseous.

Not bad layout, kinda reminds me of my lsd days back in france.

All jokes aside, the site will take some time to get used to and as the golden rule applies, every action has an opposite and equal reaction.

myATS was the page I used to use more than anything else.

Loved the table format, loved being able to see all my favorite forums and all the threads and how many flags each thread had, all on one page, nice and neat.

Now I can't see how many flags each thread has, only one column on the left instead of two....

In Firefox, you can hit Ctrl+ to zoom in and get rid of the borders.

This worked GREAT with the old ATS format and I had my settings set for that, but in this new format it looks awful. Everything is HUGE. Zooming is definitely not the most optimum way to handle the border-issue, now. I wish it was still that easy...

Looks okay on mine. Stuff is slightly largish, but not annoyingly so. Could be because my monitor is fairly old, though. Results may vary.

sorry for being such a whinger - but I really dig the old ATS layout!

If I click on the TOPICS button on the top bar, I don't get the real time news as an option to choose.

If I go to my public profile and click on TOPICS, I do get real time news as an option to choose.

What's the deal with that?

New layout is a nightmare. Wont be logging back in.
