OMG is this real??? [video]

Hey guys I'm not sure if this video has been on here before but i'm going to post it anyway.

I have seen this video many times on youtube and google video but just can't decide if it is real or not.

Can someone please explain to me if this video is real or not

The "alien" is a CGI made by a brazilian artist, Philipe Kling David, for a movie entitled "O Relato de um MIB".

Notice in the video you posted it was a bunch of babbles as well, not much true speech. (the one I posted is fake.. as im sure an alien would sniff coke and be in a music video type thing)
