I was always fascinated by the Sikorsky S-69 and S-72 concepts. The old Cheyenne was a nice design for it's time as well.

I've heard the X-49 project has been somewhat disappointing.

I'd like to see some of the less conventional designs get a production chance.

yeah the x-49 weight at the rear

but heres a chance to build a bigger chinook and faster too
