Self-lighted ballons, chinese lantern maybe?. I`ve heard that one before



If this is not cgi, (it is possible it is, I`m not an expert) then this is a UFO.

it sure does look like a balloon, except a few times it seemed like some of the air came out and it lost control. i don't know, i am open minded enough to believe that ufo's will mimick what we have to throw us off!
