Newbie needs help!!!

It has taken me almost an hour to log on. I had to get two passwords before I could get on. What am I doing wrong? PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME!

not to sure, hopefully a mod can help you out, i had a hard time, when i registered, but luckily a kind mod helped me out good luck

I can try and help you if you give me more information about your problem. A mod might be able to help you out better then I can. SkepticOverlord is the all knowing one though so he would be the best to ask for help. Just wait till someone else makes a post on this thread.

I know you are new so i am going to give you a helpful hint. This thread belongs in board questions.

I had a similar problem - it turned out that when I cut & paste the password from the email, it also picked up a spurious space at the end.

If you are doing that, try actually typing the password in rather than C&Ping from the email - it worked for me.
