Missing Link

Interesting coincidence to our whole "who are we" path...

There is common DNA between many species of animals, because there is a blueprint for bodies - a head, two arms, two legs - tweaking the DNA here and there to stop or go determines how a species will evolve, like grow feathers... or not.

There are several times where entire species simply started out of nowhere. With what we know in todays times about DNA shouldn't make it much of a stretch to imagine what other creatures with eons more time than us in this existence did.

Sharing DNA doesn't preclude evolution (but it doesn't exclude evolving somewhat naturally either, like generally over centuries we've gotten taller).

And even after all that, where did the primate come from? Could it be a ... prototype?...

Darwin's Black Box... anyone read it?

i was reading something totally unconnected and came across of all things something with regards to bees which may or may not be of interest.

Not so long ago I found myself walking through a mulberry grove in what might have been an English garden — if one did not look upwards to the frowning crags of the Hindu Kush, or at the robes of the monks of the Sarmoun community.

Established here in North Afghanistan for many centuries, the brotherhood (and the sisterhood with which it is affiliated) maintain this settlement as a sort of country retreat, where aspirants are trained in the ancient arts of service and self-discipline characteristic of the cult. Elderly monks and lay members, perhaps from as far afield as Tunisa or Armenia, make their last pilgrimage here, to the Shrine of Musa the Patient, the pilgrimage of retirement.

The Sarmouni (the name means 'The Bees') have often been accused of being Christians in disguise, Buddhists, Moslem sectarians, or of harbouring even more ancient beliefs, derived, some say, from Babylonia. Others claim that their teaching has survived the Flood; but which flood I cannot say.

Like their namesakes, however, members of the order are not argumentative, being concerned only in discharging the terms of their motto: 'Work produces a Sweet Essence' (Amal misazad yak zaati shirin).

With only one break — at the time of Gengiz Khan's irruption across the Amu Daria to the north, when he destroyed Balkh, the 'Mother of Cities' not far away — they seem to have lived here for so long that no records remain of their origins.

Theirs is a good life, as much of it as I was allowed to see. Many of the devotional exercises, such at the communal 'Zikr,' or Remembering, are held in private. The Brethren, numbering no less than nine hundred, mainly lived in the hill-settlements called 'Tekkies,' artistically sited oratories surrounded by vines and patches of herbs.

Each monk is specialist of some sort: in gardening, local medicine, herbs, mathematics as known to them, calligraphy or even falconry. One of the planes they grew most carefully was Chungari (Herb of Enlightenment); this I was not able to see, nor could I obtain a sample of it. According to Afghan folklore it has powers connected with mystical revelation.

so i looked up the name Sarmoun which i had come across and apparently it is an ancient persian(Pahlavi) word meaning "the bees" The word can be decoded using Sufi numerology to provide the word Nush which has a variety of meaning. The primary one being as sweet as honey and associates with the sting of the teacher which also carries the sweetness of wisdom. Nush also means drinking and the sufi idea of awakening to the world whilst putting oneself in the intoxicated mystical state of a drunkard. It also carries the meaning of opium and the antidote to a bitter poison, an allusion to sleep and awakening. Nushab is the water of everlasting life of immortality.
So i interprete all this to indicate that its possible that a religious rite of enlightenment involved an alcoholic drink involving honey and possibly opium. I always wondered what Soma was and this perhaps gives the clue!

never mind.

I was speculating on what the substance is, but I don't want to go down the road of substance usages due to T&C.

I don't know about you folks, but I am just about done beating the following:

- dead horses

- around the bush

- the bishop

- my head on the table

I assume Maban can read the thread even if he can't login.

I am also assuming that "Kurt" can read this as well.

We need some explanations here.

You have a captive audience so if there is anything you need to tell us I would suggest you take this opportunity.

You may feel like it's better to abandon the effort and start elsewhere but it's going to be hard to build credibility if you blow it on the "mother of all conspiracy sites".

Your turn.

PS - If Kurt isn't available maybe Pablo could post?

This is somewhat unexpected, but I am delighted to know that Maban is alive and well. I hope that the problems with his account are resolved post haste and that even if the Illuminons choose to 'pull the plug' on the project and he is forbidden from discussing certain matters, that he will be able to come back as 'Maban the man' rather than 'Maban the Illuminon', to let us know for sure that he is indeed okay.

Jack Byrnes: I have nipples, Greg, could you milk me?

I really feel there are only two outcomes, either Maban returns or he doesn't and this thread slowly dies off.

Either way, I feel we all can agree that there is much explaining required.

As you can see from my recent posts I'm very suspicious of Kvasir as well as other new comers. Really I will lay it out bluntly. Either Kvasir and others are dis-info agents, seeking attention at the cost of others, or they are Remnants affiliates, or of course there is the possibility that Kvasir is telling the truth. The last option in my mind seems unlikely at best.

I feel many are getting sick of these apparent games that have been played and our tolerance is running thin.

If you are unable to give us straight answers I'm afraid for me personally at least I have more important things to do.

soma I understood is purified blood - what's left after all the impurities removed - that they used this blood is like an intoxicant - I expect somehow relates to the current news about our glands and DMA (can't recall what gland it was). Interesting line of thought re bees though -

Are you two serious about this???????????????
Come on this is so far off of any topic! Unless I am completely missing the point, then you'll have to excuse me???????

I think he is teasing me.

Some things to think about while we wait for an answer from Kvasir.

The idea of building a "game" around secret societies/illuminati has apparently been around for a long time:

1994 Manual on Secret Societies for Gaming

I am ready to state this is what's happening, but it raises questions.

Kitten sees things in terms of primary process and basic needs. Kitten explains that another apt metaphor is squeezing blood from a stone, but if you have a bloodstone, there is some chance one could be successful.

Kitten explains the the bloodstone is also known as the Martyr's Gem.

Interesting that bloodstone=jasper and quartz=maban.

Quartz: In mythology it is most commonly identified as the mysterious maban of Australian aborigine history. Often found in cemeteries in Europe and Pliny the Elder believed it to be crystallized water, a believe that held until the 1600s. Its use as a prism is ancient; the mystics would light sacred fires using the quartz’s focusing abilities. Native Americans gathered crystals in buckskin and fed them deer’s blood. Smoky quartz is prized by Scottish residents that use it for all sorts of decorations.

I know I haven't contributed much and mostly lurk in this thread but I really hope that it doesn't die. It needs to be kept alive. If only Maban could make a video discussing the shards. I truly think one of the reasons that this great thread hasn't gotten the amount of stars and flags it deserves is because of people's laziness. I think many wouldn't bother reading through the first posts.

I'd be willing to make a video, but I want Maban's permission, and I don't think he's coming back.

Howdy All,

It has come to the staff attention that the OP of the thread, Maban, has created multiple accounts to in essence talk to himself as well as to all of you with a legitimate interest in these issues.

ATS takes a dim view of this gross violation of the Terms and Conditions as such the thread is now closed.

Thanks
