UFO or flying human

OK so I read this article online, the original comes from the sun, so I'm weary of this story. There is a photo and a video of this thing flying what ever the heck it is, if it's geniune. check it out

Looks like someone on a jet/rocket pack wearing a Superman cape

They tried to debunk this on Fact Or Faked by saying its bunch of balloons...yes..they really said its a bunch of balloons blowing in a straight line without bobbing or twisting in the normal way a bunch of balloons would act. That crushed my interest in that show. Whatever it is its a being of some sort but i cant say for sure. Im definitely not gullible enough to believe its balloons.

its thought that the movement of this object was in to much of straight line that it was on a line strung out
