I have found this cigar-shaped UFO in a publically availible image from NASA.

Thanks to Free Image Hosting for Free Image Hosting

The original uncropped high-resolution image can be found on NASA servers here:

eol.jsc.nasa.gov...

If the direct link does not work then you have to ftp to:
eol.jsc.nasa.gov and login as anonymous, then download EFS_highres_ISS007_ISS007-E-10807.JPG .

Any opinions are welcome.

Acharya, this is a nice find, thanks for sharing it:
i gave you a star & flag because is really impressive

The orientation of the object looks to be perfectly consistent with the rays emitted by the light source.

Besides, the same phenomenon can also be observed in other frames:
this is a sequence made with the frames between
ISS007-E-10805 and ISS007-E-10811

If the image can't be viewed completely, click on it.

At first glance, it's a lens flare in a photo taken toward a transparent panel, but i could be wrong.

I'm sorry but I really don't see how anyone could look at this photo an actually believe its a UFO and not a lense flare. Apologies in advance for my negativity but I bestow the scars of UFOlogy; a subject of research where common sense has been eroded away slowly.

Hi, a fast an accurrate reply, as always, Internos
You nailed this one too, as you usually do
I should have checked if there are more pictures in the same series as you did, then I might have gotten to the same conclusion that you did. Oh, well, live and learn
... Nice work!
