Anyone feeling anxious - like something is going to happen soon?

I saw a previous post - from February - I googled and found this -

I have always felt this - but it is getting stronger - I have really bad headaches and my ears ring when I don't pay attention. Like right now they don't but if I try to go do other things they will start ringing. LOUDLY! Something ?? is trying to get my attention ??? or do I just have tinnitus???

I meditate everyday and sometimes feel things - or know things - things just happen - serendipity -

whatever is going on it is coming soon -

I just wanted to find out if anyone else felt it or if I should consider a vacation??

I do have some friends that feel it too
but I feel like I need to talk to other people about it.

Is there anyone out there?
