On the contrary: the Rosicrucian Fraternity openly published its Manifestos to the World, therein freely declaring its philosophy, beliefs, and goals.
The oldest of these are the Fama and the Confessio, dating from the early 1600's, which may be read here, along with other Rosicrucian writings:
