UFO from 2006...anybody seen this before?

Good stuff. Whatever it is, it is worthy of scrutiny and I am grateful for it. It looks pretty odd to me. I will now look at this thing about 47 more times with some of my own little "tests", if I come up with anything, I'll share....

Ok, I didn't watch 47 times, but... Not saying it's balloon, but it fails my basic criteria for being anything truly anomalous.

- No sudden trajectory/velocity changes
- No self-lumination
- It's slow
- No projection/hologram-like qualities

There's a few more, but you get the idea.
