Who do you think poses a threat to the united states?
who will the next world war be fought between?
As far as arab countries are concerned, they were never a threat to begin with,
Will China see an opportunity to expand their living space, now that the united states army is being stretched out all around the world
Will the european union ever become outright enemies with the states
Things are bound to happen soon, but what?

Those are some rather hard questions to answer.
As for the threat posed to the United States?
Probably nobody.
World War 3 will be the US seen as the 'evil' and literally the world against them. there will be a few exceptions of course, but they will be taken
out of the war early, since they are virtually surrounded by the enemies of the US.
China will stay put, simply because the US is that intimidating, and China doesn't want to open that can of worms just yet.

As a citizen of the European Union and travelling a lot in it as well having a lot of friends in different countries here - I can assure you that at
least the European citizens really give don't give anything about being an enemy of anybody.
So far the only tendency in Europe that is against the US and other EU countries comes from foreigners from non-eu countries - funny, eh?
As it comes to China: I think noone of us can judge what's really up with China. I guess we will never know before something happens if they are just
trying to push the USA the economic way or the military as well. But I guess they know that military the USA are the only superpower left.
Arab countries? Easy to solve. Just get the hell out of Iraq and all other countries there, make fair contracts for the oil and stop support for
Israel(no offense to Israel - but they can defend themself). That will probably stop the Al-Quaida and whatever terrorists.
But, will provoke new ones that will be because America left them alone with the other terrorists so after all, you guys have the a$$card anyway.
