Thank you for your post and support of what most of us are trying to do in this thread.
I have seen, "Esoteric Agenda.' That was the video clip that launched my research. Star for you.

According to your own research, virtually all of the types of contracts that have been under contention in this thread are already invalidated, due to #2 in your quote. After all, how many parents are given sufficient explanation that leads to "complete understanding" before they sign a birth certificate? How many people actually have "full understanding" when they're signing up for their SS Card? You see, within the very structure & construction of these myriad "colors-of-law," they insert their own defeat! But it is this very same "color-of-law" that they use against you in order to intimidate you into submission. This is what people must understand, above all else, is the fact that they've written their own loopholes into the laws themselves. This is the only thing that makes such laws "legal to enforce"...The fact that they attempt to intimidate you into submission.


Let's use this as an example:
At The Supreme Law Firm, there's a list of seven different points that indicate & even prove that the 14th Amendment is not valid...The first point on the list alone proves that the 14th Amendment was not properly ratified by the required numbers of States involved in the vote! That's just one point out of seven...Therefore, the 14th Amendment never fulfilled the requirement of having "due process."


Yep, they can & will, of that there is no doubt. However, you are still protected in contracts that you've signed previous to today by claiming that you didn't have "full understanding," as you've mentioned.


...And this is your protection for future contracts you may sign.


A valid concern...But by sticking to your Rights under Citizenship status (as discussed earlier) & by "due process," at the very least it will force the court to actually publicize the inherent fallacy behind all the various "colors-of-law" that have been illegally enforced.

Even if they try to deny you any Rights under the auspices of the Patriot Act, even that can be proven to be invalid & in violation of the Constitution...With a bit of luck & good PR on your side, it may be just enough to alert the whole of the population about how much the People have been taken for a ride all these years.
I just hope & pray that it won't have to be me that has to do it that way...
Like I wrote back in If I Am Elected President, I don't like the position, I don't want it, but if forced into it, I'll do the best I can. IMO, that's the best definition of "Patriot" that I can conceive.


May I hazard a clarification on this? It's actually the fault of our ancestors who, initially blinded by "the system's" stealthy methods, initially instituted the whole mess into such a tangled web...It's only our fault if we choose to remain blinded by our own ignorance.
But then again, merely by coming to ATS & looking at the website with open eyes, you've already made the choice to (are you ready for this?) DENY IGNORANCE !!


This is just one symptom of the disease that's infected our education system...Sure, the schools cover the Constitution, but not in nearly enough detail about the intent & meaning of it! Most of what I've learned about the Constitution was through "self-teaching." What should be enforced is the idea that anyone who willingly swears into any Oath of Office should at least be tested on their understanding of it before taking the Oath.
After all, how can they expect to obey their Oath if they don't even understand what it means?
Oh, wait! I get it now!...They use the "defense" of lacking "full understanding" of the contract they bind themselves to, so they don't actually have to abide by that contract! Tricky bastards!
In effect though, by not including "all Rights reserved" as part of the Oath, they still wind up bound to it anyway...Regardless of "full understanding" or not.

I've always been a voracious reader throughout my entire life...In fact, a friend of mine once referred to me as a "vast repository of completely useless information." The first time I heard that, I'm sorry to say that I had to agree, but since then I've driven myself to change the word "useless" to "useful."
But I do feel pity for children who never learn how to read well. When I recall the news some years ago about how many people were "graduating" from school without a reasonable level of reading-comprehension skills, it breaks my heart.


This is what I like about The Supreme Law Firm...They do cite their cases & provide their legal code sources. Also, the We the People Foundation provide the background documentation supporting their lawsuits, even while still in-progress.

Also, another kudos for a fine thread! Just during the time it took for me to compose my reply to the postings after my last one on page 10, this thread grew into page 12 before I was ready to post!

MidnightDStroyer true your parents did not sign with complete understanding, and we did not when most of us took over fiduciary status of the Vessel at 18 or close too it.

The million dollar question is (in Gold, thank you), understanding it is all contract law and every contract charge has to have a REMEDY, what is our REMEDY? Peace to all.

BTW, I only said it was our fault because we are "the people" there is no government without us. I do not blame those who took advantage of my ignorance. However, I will strive to educate, inform and avoid making ignorant choices from now on.
Also, I too know a bunch of things that most people dont even care about, but now, I see how most everything I have ever wondered about has brought me here and to this information.

I agree with what you said about the poor reading skills that children have today. I was thinking when i read that, how convienient for the powers that be. What better way to continue in the oppression of Americans than to dummy down our children.When my sons were little my oldest came home with a list of words, i thought they were spelling words, he said no they were memory words for reading. I went to school and asked the teacher about this & was told that this was the new way that they taught reading, phonics was outdated. So i searched around and found a school that still used phonics to teach children to read and had them transferred into that school. It truley amazed me when i went back to school to see so many young people that had just graduated from high school that were not able to take english 101 because they could not read at a high school level, let alone a college level. Why is it that our education system suddenly can't seem to teach our children how to read? Could it be that this serves thier purpose?

Earlier in this thread, there was mentioned "Priest Rule." By name alone, I thought of it as another conspiracy among many as to how the US government was *really* being run...Simply a violation of the Seperation of Church & State principle. I figured that maybe I should start looking into it...And what I found at USA vs. US at first look is a lot more alarming. re- our children not being able to spell or read, here in the great white north we have the same problem our children are being taught to spell and read phonetically ,they are not being taught to do it correctly as our governments don`t want them to be able to understand as we do . remember in the 60 & 70`s we were taught correct spelling and grammar we were also taught to question all things by our teachers and we did ,we even stood up to the leaders -hell no we wont go to war in that little # hole called nam,it was not our country and we were in no danger from them here so why did it start and who was the president think.our governments don't want us or our children to have minds that can question their mindless drivel all they need is mindless button pushing little robots who will do exactly what they are told to do.what were those great words from rock & roll ( now is the time to teach our children well) as our governments have seen fit to forsake our children`s education maybe it`s time for us as parents to begin so that we can in time reclaim that which is our birthright -absolute freedom of choice-DENIED so sayeth the man ha ha ha

Thanks for the info. And you are so right, parents really must take a more active role in the education of thier children. The goverment has certainly shown that they aren't going to do it, and we all know why. Yes we were taught a lot better in the 60's & 70's, I believe we also came out of school with a better understanding of the constitution than today's youth. I think that the parents that are able to and have chosen to home school thier children are on the right track.

The priest rule has been the one that my mind has been focused on since sizzle first started this post. Don't know why i'm so stuck on that particular one, but i figure there must be a good reason. I have been trying to locate information on it someplace other than usavsus, haven't had any luck so far though. If you locate something else would you please keep us posted. Thanks.

Yes i did, Thank You. I was signed in, but checking out a link. This post is gonna have me busy for months.

According to the interview where I took some of those quotes, it is biblical in proportions...This Black Monk being referred to alternately as Lucifer or the Anti-Christ.

In the interview, the real root of the Northern British Isle conflicts stem between the Jesuits & the Knights of Malta ("soldiers" of the Black Monk, who is actually the Superior General of the Jesuits) are still trying to wipe out all Protestant religions...And all other religions as well. As the Superior General of the Jesuits, he commands a militant authority, not religious authority (although they have zero religious tolerance anyway). They really think of themselves as fighting a total war on the whole world for total control under a single man, the Superior General himself.

You have to read pretty much the whole interview to catch these points. I'm not trying to validate any of this just yet, but I think there's a lot of distinct clues in the interview that could suggest where to continue researching.


Actually, my first search about the Priest Rule started at USA vs. US but led to that interview about the Black Monk; Actually, the Priest Rule seems to originate with the Black Monk's political & religious connections among nations. Watch out for nations who have an actual Cardinal with an officially-sanctioned seat (even if it's only "advisory") within their government...Yes, the USA has such a position.

All of this can be found from the interview link...I admit it's a long interview, but I suggest you read it thoroughly because this thread can be better served if I don't have to clutter it up any more than absolutely necessary.

As it is, considering the Black Monk's nearly universal connections within governments, I think this may be the "root source" of all of the Unconstitutional laws & nonsense laws that has been the original focus of this whole thread.
